Garment Care & Responsibility

At Eco Friendly Cleaners, we take great care in looking after your garments and always follow the manufacturer’s care instructions using professional cleaning methods.

That said, many garments—particularly those made from delicate fabrics, blends, or complex construction—can occasionally experience changes during cleaning, even when handled correctly. This may include changes in texture, shape, or color. In most cases, these outcomes are related to the fabric, prior wear, or the way the garment was manufactured, rather than the cleaning process itself.

While we always aim for the best possible result, it is important to understand that cleaning carries inherent risk, whether with us or with any professional dry cleaner.

When a garment has been processed in accordance with its care label and standard industry practices, Eco Friendly Cleaners is not responsible for the full replacement value of the item.

Where appropriate, we are happy to assist in contacting the retailer or manufacturer on your behalf, as issues of this nature are often related to fabric quality or garment construction. Please note that outcomes with manufacturers are not guaranteed.

If you have any concerns about a particular item, we encourage you to let us know before cleaning so we can review it with you.
