Upon requesting your first pick-up, we will contact you to confirm your details. For your first time, please leave your laundry in a garbage bag at your front door. We will provide your free reusable laundry bag when we deliver your first order. Once picked up we will process your order and reach out to you to complete your account via our App. Please see the pick-up and delivery schedule below. The App allows you to view your order history and request future pick-ups. Prior to delivery, you will need to show your UCSB ID to receive your discount.
